The error report archive is empty.
Next time, check the contents before attaching the report.

That report archive that you attached is empty. A configuration report (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=328932) may also be helpful. Winamp is probably crashing too quickly for the internal report generator to capture anything. There is an external crash report tool, but it must be setup properly to capture anything useful.

Anyway, DrO is the expert on deciphering crash error reports and he is taking a break from providing forum support for the Winamp desktop client at the moment. Currently, the emphasis is on finishing the rework on SHOUTcast.

3rd party plug-ins (especially old ones) are often not compatible with the current Winamp version.

Winamp can already provide pop-up tips for most of it's control elements when you point the mouse at them. Look in the General Preferences - Skins - Classic Skins - Classic Skins Options tab, in the group of General Options, for the "Display tooltips in Winamp's windows" option. Also look in the General Preferences - Skins - Modern Skins - General tab, in the Miscellaneous group, for the "Enable tooltips" option.

Nah, it was like the notifier in Modern skins, but i think Toaster would do a better job.
