need new stream...eliminate old stream

I have transitioned to a new stream with new provider. The old stream and new stream are running concurrently. I would like to list new stream with Shoutcast exclusively and would like new stream to run through Shoutcast exclusively. I intend to drop old stream soon.

199.195.194.92:8011 OLD STREAM

142.4.223.16:8191 NEW STREAM

URL http://pioneeradio.net

What is the best practice to pull this off? The station handle is "Pioneer."
