Problem connecting to server with multiple streams from clients

This is completely off topic, but I need an in-house solution for Shoutcast, I'm testing with Amazon EC2 Ubuntu, but I will eventually need 20-25 streams with at least 10 listeners each on average. This equates to just under 10TB of data transfer per month, and preferably I would like a port of at least 2Gbps to allow for peaks of high activity. My calculations on EC2 shows this would be a very exercise and now looking elsewhere.
