SHOUTcast server doesnt broadcast to internet clients

Hello.Well,since very much time ago, i run Shoutcast
Server,to broadcast my songs to internet clients, without problems. The problems began when i changed my Dial-up internet connection to a Cable/modem -> ethernet connection, and i Set up a masquerade Lan with another pc. But im stayed at the Pc connected to the internet directly from the cablemodem/ethernet connection (with DHCP system)

Now my SHOUTcast Server can be reached by my lan partner, but it does not over Internet. Service Unavailable or Timeouts responses. All the settings in sc_serv.ini are
still the same, and im not running by now any kind of firewalls or proxys.
