Well, after several hours googling... I found this:
http://www.tecmint.com/install-shoutcast-in-linux/

And it helped, Im using a old version of Shoutcast (SHOUTcast Server v2.4.0.147/posix(linux x64)) and it worked... hope this info helps someone too
