wifi sync has always been a tricky addon, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt
all is based on your network configuration and any security software running on either device

Winamp for android is unsupported, and actually didn't live long enough to be a decent player imo for android. Given that BB10 does somewhat work with android apps, I think you're better using a different player

you can use the program tagscanner on your music file before sync them ( i always edit tag and filename before include in my library on pc and phone
