Plugins - Not Installing

I follow every instruction given by winamp, download the program, and install it to winamp but when i goto plugins and look for it isn't there..i did a search for it in find files and it is on my computer and even when i right click the file and click play on winamp option it doesn't do jack..it would be great if someone would show or explain how to fix this.. thanks

Perhaps the plugin dll was copied to the wrong directory. In that case, move them to the winamp\plugins directory.
