Upgrading SHOUTcast Server to 2.5.5.732 breaks low bitrate streams

@jcnyct 44.1khz and 22khz sample rates. No AAC installed I'll look into it.

@djSpinnerCee Not much to the log. Connections time out after 30 seconds with 0 bytes.
