Winamp/Shout cast only works on local network

Yesterday the Shoutcast web site was correctly responding to GetStreamURL with my domain name & it was working. Today without me changing anything (including not restarting the server) it has reverted back to an old incorrect IP address. Clearly a serious bug which may not affect those who set their radios up for the first time using a domain name but for those like me who start using an IP address it sucks.
