Winamp DAP plugin always connects in Legacy version one mode?

When I keep my Winamp DAP plugin on automatic, it connect to my shoutcast server in version 1 mode. I am running a shoutcast 2 server and not sure why this happens. I also notice that my stream is unstable when I manually set the DSP plugin two version 2.

As soon as I'm near my server I will post the config file but there's really not much in there.
