too much disconnect

Hi, what you mean? i dont understan what its MTR, but by the way i temporary fix this problem by install a network balancer internet tool. I install the NetBalancer and i am set winamp to high process, and now i see its work more good becouse now winamp get all atention from my internet trafic,

I dk maybe ita my modem bad, maybe i dk how to manage the traffic out/in.
