iOS app stream not working

Hi, I'm very much new, so please bear with me.

Our online radio station (The Prowl) streams on a website and also on a smartphone app. Recently our app has stopped streaming our broadcast. The tech support with our app said that there is an error with the stream preventing it from being played in multiple environments, including the iOS app. They recommended that we contact y'all and say that our stream (184.154.145.114:8036) is not working in Safari. It's not working elsewhere, but they said that should be enough for you guys to check it out.

Please feel free to email me at theprowlusa@gmail.com

Thanks,
JT

My apologies. I just noticed I posted this in the Winamp forum, not shoutcast. Sorry about that.

OK, I keep messing up. We're having trouble with SHOUTcast, not winamp. Anyone out there that can help us out?

what was the error they claimed with it ? as all i see is a working v1.x based stream which is set to be private i.e. not listed in the Directory and appears to work ok on what i've been able to test.

I'm not sure what the error was, but the hard reset you did fixed our issue. However, our SHOUTcast server now says that the server is currently down. I had restarted the server and had no success. I'm not sure what's going on here. Any other fix you guys can see with our feed?

Thanks,
JT

EDIT: Nevermind, got it fixed. Thanks guys

Haha, sorry. I'm not an engineer or anything, I just have to work on everything because we have no engineer and no one else on staff knows how to fix any of it. I did receive three emails from rockhost last week saying our server had been reset, but we didn't do it on our end. I don't know what the issue was. Our station is basically held together by two tin cans and piece of string. Regardless, it's fixed now.
