Radionomy would not have let this happen if they were serious about Winamp they would have had that account locked up nice and tight... They rarely do social media from what I gather anyway.

I still stand by my theory that they only bought the stuff from AO Hell because they wanted Shoutcast and NOT Winamp. That's why there's been updates from SC2 and NOT Winamp the "Its in the hands of our legal dept" was just a smoke screen...

They clearly don't want to put any effort in, however the only effort necessary to release a 5.8 beta would be a review to make sure it doesn't contain any 3rd party code so in that sense it is being held up at the legal department (or rather, by whoever decided that releasing a new version isn't worth the cost of such a review).

It does seem odd that they updated the images to be inclusive of winamp after 4 years, yet still does nothing in terms of the beta
