How to rebuild my library? Please help!

Hello, I have to rebuild my library about 50% of the time I start the software. this has been ongoing for at least a year across several computers and o/s Currently using winamp v 5.666 on windows 7 Pro 64bit. Recently reinstalled winamp on this computer but made no difference. o/s is on c:\ music library is also on c:\ rescan on startup is disabled, remove missing files also disabled.

First of all, try uninstalling Winamp once, and then reinstall it. Now go to Playlist then create a library by adding your desired songs. I too faced the same problem but by doing this I resolved it.
