Password failing

Hey all,

I'm using version 5.11 of SPL to run my station. I just set up a new stream. I've configured the encoder identically to my other streams. I know the password is correct, yet the encoder keeps tell me "Password Failed".

I've attached a screenshot of the encoder settings (blacked out the username and password).

Does anyone have any ideas why I'm getting this error? Thanks!
