Problem with authhash

I explain my problem to you.

I would like to reference my radio on the shoutcast directory: https://directory.shoutcast.com/Search

I created an authhash DECLICSTATIONTOPHITS 575F4E0D-7018-4094-8F48-AFEC3EFA5C2C

When I go to http://91.121.153.12:9029/admin.cgi?sid=1, I have this message Stream is currently up for registration in the SHOUTcast Directory.
Listeners are allowed and the stream will act like it is private until resolved.

To create an authhash you will need to register the stream with us.
If you already have an existing authhash then you can enter it here. So I enter the authhash code in the dedicated box, and I encounter a problem. I reboot the server that stays up and public for a few moments and just after it goes down.

I do not see where the problem comes from. thank you for helping me

The same happens to me. In the box of the admin panel of Centova, I can insert an authhash much shorter than that the rmo of shoutcast gives me. So I cannot insert the complete authhash.

No help from moderators???
