DNAS: Error with metrics

Same issue here. Was fine until earlier this week and now just shows

[METRICS sid=1] Request failed on YP with Operation timed out after 5008 milliseconds with 237 bytes received

Maybe one day Shoutcast Support will tell us what's wrong...

Thanks also for your feedback friend, I already thought I was the only one with the problem. Had support contacted a few times so far without success.

I have had it with their "Support".

I oriiginally cancelled my account a couple of days after opening it because there was no response to an earlier sales email I had sent. And then no response to a support ticket.

Then I also found out that you can only play tracks up to 18 minutes long (My station plays DJ mixes which are 50-70 minutes). That information was well hidden away on their website.

Now it's been nearly a week since this error appeared and. Nothing.

Thankfully I also have EyesCarst streams

My tracks are from 3 to 6 minutes ... just songs ... only broadcasting with speakers etc, they are about 1h long ... about I still get (sometimes yes, sometimes not) these YP errors
