I need help for planner

Hello,

I transferred my radio of Radionomy, I have one year free. but when I want create a planning, on the webpage Login, when I log in, I have this message "An error occured while trying to login". All informations are correct, so what is this error ?

Can you help me ?

I'm receiving the same error when attempting to log in to the Planner. Thinking it might be a web page login code error. Hopefully it will be resolved on Monday. I also migrated from Radionomy earlier this year.
