My first skin

I made my first skin a couple of months ago and submitted around a month ago. Well something was wrong with it according to the win-amp review staff, so it got removed. I asked about it and was told to re-submit it. I've shared it with several people and it seems okay. I didnt skin the AVS or MB, but this doesnt seem like anything new. I just dont use either, so they werent a big priority. Well I re-submitted it, and if somebody could tell if something is still wrong with it, I'd appreciate so i can fix so I'm not waiting another month for the same results.

Well, uve got a pretty good start there. U might wanna skin the rest of it though(AVS and MB) and maybe work on blending in the buttons.

Yea you may not use them but remember this, its all fine and dandy to not use these two windows, but if your going to do this then creat skins for yourself that you like tailored to your tastes, if you only use the main window only skin that, if you don't like cbuttons don't draw them, you want a skin thats all black with a red play button and thats all? Make one, make whatever you like for yourself and skin for yourself first.

But when you submit a skin here you are sharing it with many people all of which have their own taste and prefrences so usually its best just to skin everything to make sure that you suit all of the people. This way you'll get better feedback and more downloads from the people and it will not get rejected, but if you dob't want to do this it may be better to use the skin for yourself only or submit to other sites such as devart.

Think of it this way, you walk around your house nude hanging free and all, but you can't go outside sharing that with others, you have to put clothes on to please the people, or you'll get in trouble with the skin review squad or something and they may reject your skin.

Bottom line if your gonna share it, skin all of ti more than likely...
