can't upload skins

Because the catecory's to choose from are disapeared I can't upload skins.

can somebody help me with this problem?

There is a slight hiccup with the skins database, please be patient while the head Llama get's it fixed up, keep checking back on it, it'll get fixed soon I'm sure.

It happens from time to time, I've just had a conversation with the database guys who tell me it should be fixed up within the next hour or so, not withstanding any further problems.
