the pic everyone is freaking about is a guy with a basketball sized scrotum- something that can also be viewed at rotten.com if you

It's not called elephantitus. It's called elephantiasis. It happens mostly to the leg or scrotum or vulva, bit it is known occasionally to happen to the arm and although rarely even the breast(s).

It's contracted from mosquito bites someplace or other...
