Help! Lost Skin!!

This is a skin i got alittle while ago, and my PC had to be re-set and I LOST this skin. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT SKIN THIS IS so i can re-DL it?? For the life of me I CANNOT find it, and I've looked for like.. an HOUR in the skins here. HELP!

grrim kind of new at this. anyway please click on the Attachment to see the skin. If u have this I would be SO happy if u could tell me WHAT its called.. etc so i can re DL it. Thanks in advance!!!!
