Help with my skin

Ok. This is my first skin. I have the pictures on it and everything it's just that the play button And all the other buttons get in the way. I have seen a skin where the buttons were transparent. Can anyone tell me how to do this? It would really help me out. Thanks.

U copy and paste the part thats being covered by the buttons onto the cbuttons.bmp, and then u draw the buttons over it.
