yeah it sounds like another case of Mcrappy buttrape. Best bet is to format your main parition (the one thats damaged) and start over with a clean install. (Then) Backup your vital files stored on other partitions and reformat those too (to thoroughly purge your system of mcdumbass remnants). Put everything back (ugh, ready to sue yet?) and you're done

or just fix your main drive and hope everything else is a-okay. (if you dont have problems after, then the rest of your drives should be fine...)
