'Trimming' MP3s?

I have an MP3 of a concert that is nearly 2 hours long. I want to burn it to CD, but obviously it's too big to do that (200 MB). Does anyone know how to cut MP3's in 1/2, or maybe a better way to be able to burn the CD?
