Big project for all members

Is this possible and is there someone who can help me to do this. I want to make an external winamp server program which is connected to winamp.

Let's say external winamp server=ews

The ews must support an http server, so you can display all the info on your website, with this option http://iport?current, dus will show the currently playing song and ?artist this will only show the artist and ?artist&title will show the artist an title of the song.
?time will show the remaining time
?next will show the next song
?and more.....

That is one big option with lots of functions maybe also the function next 10 songs and last 10 songs.

And now the other options, the ews must support an playlist, so all mp3's you have you can put it in the ews playlist, the ews must support an time schedule, so that means that the ews every X seconds an song from his playlist send to the winamp playlist and winamp will play further, and the time schedule will check the time and if it's let's say 21:00 ews will send an commercial break to the winamp playlist or news in real audio format.

I'll hope this is clear, and maybe all the winamp plugin maker can help to make this big project.

Greetings Ivo Kuipers
