You have already been steared towards the right place but thought I'd
add a couple tips. Firstly, don't forget to check the "line-in" box
when configuring your dsp. Also, you may need to double-click the
small "speaker" icon in your windows taskbar to bring up the mixer
or "gain sliders" for your sound card and adjust the "line" slider
for optimum gain (in record-mode, though in this case it has nothing
to do with recording a sound file). Finally, I might suggest you try
obtaining Shoutcast dsp plug-in version 1.8.0, as opposed to the
current version or any version above the one stated, as the current
plug-in has many bugs not to mention that you won't be able to webcast
in stereo below 40Kbps.
