Firstly, you're over-driving Winamp and therefore your signal is slightly distorted. Suggest you bring the audio gain down by about 3db
Most importantly though, when I brought up your stream with my Winamp
player it took almost a half minute for it to pre-buffer before I was
able to hear your stream and after less than one minute Winamp had to
re-buffer (again vary slowly). After confirming that i had a decent
internet connection, I tried a second time only to experience the same
results. I always do all of my monitoring through a 56K dial-up con-
nection, insuring compatability with all but the slowest circuits and
or modems. SHOUTcast was indicating only three of thirty-two other
listeners at the time of the "air-check", so it would appear that you
have some technical problems (probably at the server) that need to be
addressed.
