Installer CRC Invalid, I t's a virus on my PC

I tried to dowload winamp from many sites but evry time I had a error message CRC

The probleme is a virus who has infected all .EXE on my computer!

eg: infected with Win95.CIH.1003.A virus

thank to eTrust EZ Antivirus Protection

And there's no way in hell I'm downloading that BMP, regardless of how rare/difficult it actually is to put viral executing code in image/media files.
