Winamp 3??? and SKINS???

Dear Winampers!
Hello after a long long time I was away from this forum.

I have three questions, thanking anyone answers in advance:

1. When Winamp 3 will arrive and what will it have new?
2. Dows Skin style in winamp3 will be changed and all existing skins will be unusable??
3. What causes a skin be rated by winamp stuff and has an advertising and being featured on the 1st winamp skins page and some although very nice having no stuff idea and somewhere unreachable in the site???

1. When it's done and, well, there should be a list somewhere.. not sure where though.
2. Yes. Freeform skinning is now possible, and I don't know.

i think that all winamp 2 skins will still be useable with winamp3, allthough at the moment they are 20% compatible, but they should be fully at final
