C++ Builder plugin code (dll)

Can anyone please direct me to some C++ builder code for writing a plugin? any type of code will do. im having a hard time finding documentation for anything else than vb.

can a plugin listen to messages from winamp? (Result callback (winapi))

does winamp send any messages? or do i have to make a thread that polls info?

is the Winapi list in the developer section complete? it lacks a lot of functionality.....

please advice a fellow coder :-)
