MP3 File Name Editor

Does anyone know where I can find an editor that would allow me to easily change or Edit file names on a large bunch of music files (and Picture files)without having to go through the tedius "right-clcik" and "rename" sequence.

For mp3s, I use Dr. Tag. Just load up your mp3s, and there is an edit bar at the bottom where you can change the filenames.

I use MP3 Tag Studio.
