Dear All,
Firstly I do hope this isn't a replicar post as I have looked through the forums but cant see this as anyone else's problem, HERE GOES:

I would like some help please, I want to know how I can broadcast using the latest version of shoutcast DSP plugin at a rate of around 8Kbps ? at the moment I broadcast around 24 and this is way TOO high so if anyone can help PLEASE PLEASE reply to this message.
