LAN & Shoutcast & work & HELP!!!

i would like to set-up shoutcast on my computer at work,
so there for my friends here can listen to my 996 song list
which i play. the thing is the read me files on how to set-up shoutcast just go over my head, i do not want to put this on the internet just when im at work, for people to listen to it here.
plzzzzzzzzzz, plzzzzzzzzz can someone tell me in lame'ems terms how to set this up, or where i may find some notes on it
