port mapping with nak

ok i read it all and still don't help i'am using wingate with cable comcast @home. where do i get this port to match will this other port huh?????? i don't know of any port i even have the papers i got with comcast home and it just has ip address and etc..... and remember i'am running wingate ....so please answer and don't just give me a link to what i just all read and didn't understand most of it!!!!!
