Special characters

Hi!

If I have MP3 file names, which have at least one of these characters, ôõû, WinAMP doesn't recognize them, can't read the tags, and doesn't lay these files from CD-ROM, under Win2000, eng.
BUT if I copy the files from CD to harddisk (so the operation system sees them...), and I remove these special chars, everything will be fine, and there is no problem anymore.

Hope, that that was a correct description, actually would be not so horrible "bug", but in Hungarian language we have a lot of special chars, and if WinAMP doesn't recognize 30% procent of my files well, that's a shame...

Thanks,
Balage
