New Skins

The last days I was always browsing around in the New Skins area to see my skin there, but it never was (at least it was never one of the first 20). There are only some bad skins made with skinner programs and earn lots of d/ls, the skins you can see there now all are published on oct 16th, and mine is from oct 14th. Why the hell was my skin never on the New Skins page?

Position in the database isn't determined by publish date, it's done by the skin ID number, it maybe that your skin was submitted a while back and has only just come in for review, there have been numerous problems with the database recently, causing older skins to be left out for review while newer ones became available.

The skin review team are working hard to try gather as many of these lost skins as possible and get them reviewed,if yours was an older skin, the skin ID would have pushed it down in the database once reviewed.
