Everytime I close and then open up Winamp, the same Skin appears (Even if I had previously changed it.)
How can I fix this problem?

Close Winamp
In Explorer, goto C:\Program Files\Winamp (or wherever you installed Winamp to)
Make sure winamp.ini is NOT Read-Only (rt click -> properties)
The Archive attribute should suffice instead.

Also make sure no other files in the dir are read-only, including the dir itself & all other sub dir's/files/etc.
