If you happen to be connected behind a firewall/proxy then it is possible that the port you are using for SHOUTcast is not opened to the outside listeners.

Try this.. change your port to 80 (unless you are running an HTTP daemon) and see if folks outside your campus have better success.

Proxy's will be set to pass data on port 80 to allow web browsing.
