Is something wrong with the web page or is it just me?

I was surfing through winamp's site and I was unable to access any plug-ins and I was only able to access a few skins (about 8 skins). Is something wrong with the site or is the problem somewhere on my end? I am able to access the pages, but they display no information other than the standard winamp headers and footers. An example would be going to a skin category page and it lists the category, but the results list is empty.

found the same this morning when I was looking for a plugin. I guess the database is down (again).

Well at least it's not on my end because it's a pain in the butt to get the MIS people here to fix anything. In fact, if you try to have them fix something they usually end up breaking more than they fix.
