How can i make an installation for a VB program?

I mean what Dll's do i need to redisdribute, can the components adding and finding be done automatically, or do i need to know what components are my app using then copying these files and making the script. I an doing an app that uses winsock, how can i add the winsock dll's to my installation? thanks in advance
