CD-Rom Balance (Turtle Beach) changes on every track

Starting Winamp, changing volume through Winamp or just continuing to a new track kicks the CD-ROM Balance control on my Turtle Beach Montego II soundcard controls to the left. That control, not main volume, registers the changes in volume through Winamp volume control. But the volume doesn't change with each track, just the balance.

I've already unchecked all Enable Volume Control boxes and switched Wave plug in to Alt. Settings. (But funny, I've still got volume control).

Oh, nevermind. Balance slider was in the wrong place. Back to a clearer skin....

Yes, some skin makers definitely need to make the volume + balance sliders more clear.
