Banning all but 1 IP?

Hey

Is there any way to ban all but 1 IP or is this just a crack smokers dream as I dont want anyone but my relay to connect. For now I just set a Reserve IP which I hope is enough.

using reserve will kick a user when your reserved IP comes in, in otherwards it sets precedent to that IP address over all others not in the reserve list. So it should be enough.
