Looking For A Skin

I have been looking high and low for a skin I saw in a screen shot on another site can anyone please help me in locating it. Thanks for any help in advance.

Well, I have to say it's highly unlikely anyone will be able to identify the skin from that little. We may be able to direct you to some nice metal skins, but probably not that specific without more of the skin.

As far as I know that is the entire skin. I saw it here. IeXbeta Maybe you can see it a bit better.
