Rapping, in it's writen form, is poetry, always. The second you start speaking/rapping it, it becomes rap. Just cause his words are leaning more torwds being elegant then hard, doesn't mean they are not rap lyrics.

[summary] If the words are writen with the intention to be rapped, then they are rap lyrics.
