.PLS Files???

I was able to edit a .pls file to direct it to my netcast radio station. I was wondering if there was a way to further edit it by opening the minibrowser and directing it to my webpage? I want to be able for the file, once downloaded, to:

1. open winamp and start the stream
2. open the minibrowser and point them to the station's webpage

The first part of the file looks like this

[playlist]
NumberOfEntries=1
File1=http://****radio:8000/

(the **** are for my radio station name)

Is this possible?? Is there a command to call up the minibrowser?
please let me know, I think it would be really cool to be able to do this. thanks in advance.
