Equalizer question...

Is there any way to make the equalizer save unique settings for and automatically load them up for individual songs? Thanks.

Yes, click presets, save, auto-load preset. That should work!

Re: Equalizer question...

If you need more help take yourself off to the top of the page and click 'Search the Forums'. Enter 'Auto load presets' in the search box and start digging.
Welcome to the boards by the way.

you also need to turn "Auto" on in the EQ otherwise auto loading presets wont work

[edit]it sucks though when you have thousands of mp3's and want to make an auto loading setting for each one. also note that when a song comes up that auto loads its eq settings the eq wont go back to the settings before the song. a real bummer

Yes it will! I just spent the past couple hours familiarizing myself with the auto-loading EQ stuff, assigning auto-loaders to most of my mp3's. To make a default EQ setting, all you have to do is go to "Presets-->Save-->Default" and it will automatically load that setting for all MP3's without a saved setting already!

GAWD I LUV WINAMP!!!

default EQ has to be set to every mp3. I get at least two new mp3's every day. It is way to much work to auto load that many. I just have a general perfect EQ setting for all songs.
