Files editing

I just uploaded a bunch of song from CD to PC

In the playlist, they come up unknown artist and a generic track 1,2,3 whatever...even though the file is properly named in the directory.

How do I get Winamp to recognize these files by their proper titles?

Sounds like you are copying the .cda file from the CD. You can't do that, it doesn't work.

Yeah. To copy CD tracks into MP3's so that you don't need to put the CD in to listen to it, you have to use a ripper like CDex.
