My autostart are not working!!!

Hey, does anybody here knows how can I activate the Audio CD's Autostart? I can't follow the windows help steps, because my default .cda player is winamp, no the cd player...

Get the latest TweakUI there is a setting in there
(paranoia tab -> auto play audio cd's)

Well, my autostart is working now, but when I incert the Audio CD, Winamp does not play it, instead, I got a window with all the tracks, but it not begin to play. I notice that when I check the assosiate with Audio CD's box in winamp, and then close the preferences, when i open again the preferences, the assosiate box it's clear. I try a lot of things, like edit the file type in My Pc, but nothing works. Even, I uninstal the CD player, but, nothing... My OS is Win98SE. THanks again for your help...
