Compressing Problems...

I am trying to make an installer, and add quite alot of files to it...it "skips" some files sometimes and I have to set the compression off and on...it just says 0/whatever bytes...is anyone else having these problems?

I have win xp by the way...

It's not skipping them, it's just compressing them to 0 bytes (since that data is already in the installer, apparently).
